- Form submissions are processed by Formspree (USA) under their privacy policy.
- Your enquiry details (name, contact details, postcode and the project details you enter) stay with SEO Dons Ltd and our form processor (Formspree), which delivers them to us. We do not currently pass them to installers. If that changes, this policy will say so before it happens.
- SEO Dons Ltd does not install, survey, design or quote for cold storage. We reply to enquiries by email.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, and object to processing. Use our contact form to exercise any of these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
We apply industry-standard security measures: TLS for all data in transit, encrypted at rest where applicable, restricted access to authorised personnel only.
